Our Story

Mia’s Kitchen is a family owned business with a mission to bring fresh, healthy and great tasting food to the community.

Owners Michael and Cynthia and their five children live and enjoy the Suffern area, where Michael has been in the food service industry for the past 35 years.

Cynthia, who also works as a personal trainer at Rockland Peak Performance in Sloatsburg NY, uses her knowledge of fitness and nutrition to inspire some of Mia’s Kitchen’s healthier recipes.
